The Communication Committee hung the amazing art pieces in Village Hall back in March and we were prepared for visitors, voting, and another incredible awards ceremony. Then COVID-19 happened and put a halt to everything. The amazing art is still hanging and the Communication Committee had many discussions over the past few months about how to proceed. Below is their decision:
The Art Show will be judged as planned by local artists for each of the following categories:
Adults: Painting, Photography, Drawing, Mixed Media
Children: Kindergarten-3rd Grade, 4th Grade-7th Grade, 8th Grade-12th Grade
There will be no People’s Choice Awards this year.
The Awards Ceremony will be held via Zoom on August 27 at 7:30pm when the winners will be announced and gift card prizes will be mailed out. Details and Zoom link will be sent to participants and made available on the Reminderville Facebook page and website.
